Why Old 61?
Old 61 Renovation is named after Highway 61, a road that's been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
It runs through many of the communities where I grew up, learned the trades, and spent more than 30 years traveling to jobsites throughout Minnesota.
When I'm not remodeling homes, my wife Heather and I enjoy heading north whenever we can. Whether we're snowmobiling, exploring backroads, or simply spending time outdoors, those trips remind me why I appreciate craftsmanship that's meant to last.
That same perspective carries over into the way I approach remodeling. For me, it has never been about selling the biggest project. It's about listening first, planning carefully, and earning the trust to be invited back again someday.

Where It All Began
Old 61 didn't begin when I filed the paperwork. It really began decades earlier, learning the trades alongside my dad. I'd love to share that story.
